Take a walk through the baroque Winter Riding School, built between 1729 and 1735, and the Summer Riding School in Stallburg (one of Vienna’s most prominent Renaissance buildings), which has one of the largest oval horse walkers in the world. You will also have an opportunity to visit the stables and meet the stars of the School – the Lipizzan stallions!

The alternative 1-hour option includes skip-the-line tickets for the morning Horse Training Show at the baroque Winter Riding School. See with your own eyes how young stallions and fully trained school stallions practice their skills with music. This experience will expose you to the relaxation exercises, the refinement and perfection of movements and poses, as well as the targeted strengthening of muscles. It is a great opportunity to learn something new about horse-riding!

The 1,5-hour option includes skip-the-line tickets for the popular Lipizzaner Special Show with private transport from your accommodation in Vienna. This short Horse Riding Show is a perfect introduction to the outstanding skills and beauty of the famous white horses and their professional riders. You will see three of the most spectacular exercises that are trained at the High School of Classical Horsemanship, such as the School Quadrille, where eight stallions perform a sequence of choreographed movements to classical Viennese music. At the end of the show, you will be driven back to your accommodation.

We also offer the 1,5-hour option with skip-the-line tickets for the top attraction of the Spanish Riding School – the Horse Riding Performance of the world-famous Ballet of the White Stallions in the sunlight-flooded hall of the Winter Riding School. During this formal display and gala performance the best Lipizzan stallions show off the full extent of their skills to classical Viennese music. The alternative 2-hour option includes a short walking tour around the Hofburg palace complex with a Private Guide, followed by the Horse Training Show.
