What you should know

  • Check your email the day before the tour for important information and zoo tickets.
  • Please note that the number of attractions depends on the selected option.
  • The Children’s Museum is ideal for children under the age of 10. The museum is a part of the Schonbrunn complex, but admission to the Palace is not included in this tour.
  • The Schonbrunn Maze & Labyrinth is open from April to October. When it’s closed, you can explore the Schonbrunn Park free of charge or visit the Crown Prince Garden or the Orangery (3,20 – 4,50 EUR for entrance). The Christmas Market is open from 08.11 to 06.01.
  • The guide will not join you inside the Schonbrunn Zoo. You will receive admission tickets to the zoo via email and you’ll have to present them at the entrance.
  • The 3,5- and 6-hour options include an estimated 1-hour round-trip transfer from your preferred location. Transfer time will vary depending on the distance and traffic. We’ll arrange a standard car for 1-4 people, or a van for larger groups.
