  • Please check your email the day before the tour to receive important information.
  • Please note that the number of attractions depends on the option selected. Guided tours of Piazzale Michelangelo, Basilica of Santa Croce and the Uffizi Gallery are not included in the 2-hour option.
  • Guided tours inside the churches during masses and scheduled events are limited. If entry is not possible, the guide will provide all information outside. It is advised to cover your shoulders and knees when visiting churches in Florence.
  • Free entry to Florence Cathedral (Duomo) is only for the main church, excluding the dome, baptistry, bell tower, museum and ancient basilica. The Cathedral can be visited every day between 10 am and 5 pm. During the peak season, the line to enter may be 1 hour long so due to time constraints, admission may be excluded at the guide’s discretion.
  • Piazzale Michelangelo is located up a hill so it’s best to wear comfortable shoes as you will walk a lot.
  • Skip-the-line tickets to the Basilica of Santa Croce grant you immediate entry at your booked time, without waiting in line at the ticket office. Headsets will be provided for groups larger than 4 people.
  • Skip-the-line tickets to the Uffizi Gallery grant you priority admission so you will not have to wait in a long line to buy tickets on-site. Tickets can be collected at the ticket booth 15 minutes before the All visitors to Uffizi Gallery have to provide their first name, family name and date of birth in order to book tickets. Please provide this information during the check out. Headsets will be provided for groups larger than 5 people.
  • 2-, 3- and 4-hour tours: For the comfort of all guests, it is best to have 1 licensed guide per maximum of 25 guests. If there are 26-50 people in your group, we will provide the service of 2 licensed guides so that all guests can get the best experience, ask questions and hear the guide well.
  • 6-hour tour: Due to the Uffizi Gallery rules, 1 licensed guide can show up to 16 people. For groups of 17-32 people, we will provide the service of 2 licensed guides.
  • Pickup service is available for accommodations / hotels in the Old Town. Please provide your full address when booking. The itinerary will be adjusted accordingly.
