  • Please note that the number of attractions depends on the selected option. The Basilica of Santa Croce and Santa Maria Novella are not included in the 2-hour tour.
  • Guided tours inside the churches during masses and scheduled events are limited. If entry is not possible, the guide will provide all information outside.It is advised to cover your shoulders and knees when visiting the churches in Florence.
  • Free entry to Florence Cathedral (Duomo) is only for the main church, excluding the dome, baptistry, bell tower, museum and ancient basilica. The Cathedral can be visited every day between 10AM and 5PM. During the peak season, the line to enter may be 1 hour long so due to time constraints, this attraction may be removed from the itinerary at the guide’s discretion.
  • The Basilica della Santissima Annunziata is open for visitors on weekdays and holidays from 7.30 to 12.30; 16 – 18.30.
  • Skip-the-line tickets to the Basilica di Santa Croce grant you immediate entry at your booked time, without waiting in line at the ticket office. Headsets will be provided for groups larger than 4 people inside Santa Croce.
  • Skip-the-line tickets to Santa Maria Novella provide faster entry without queuing at the ticket office, but you may have to wait for the tickets to be checked and security checks.
  • Admission includes the Basilica with the frescoed chapels, Sacristy and Avelli cemetery; and the Museum, including the Cloister of the Dead , Green Cloister, Cappellone degli Spagnoli, Cappella degli Ubriachi and Refectory.
  • 2- and 3-hour tours: For the comfort of all guests, it is best to have 1 licensed guide per maximum of 25 guests. If there are 26-50 people in your group, we will provide the service of 2 licensed guides so that all guests can get the best experience, ask questions and hear the guide well.
  • 4-hour tour: Due to rules inside Santa Maria Novella, the size of the group will be limited to 5 people per 1 guide.
