  • Free entry to Florence Cathedral is only for the main part of the church, excluding the dome, baptistry, museum and bell tower. Interior tours during masses and scheduled events are limited. At peak times, there may be up to a 1-hour wait to enter the cathedral. If entry is not possible, the guide will provide all information outside.
  • It is advised to cover your shoulders and knees when visiting the churches in Florence.
  • The 4 and 5-hour options include Giotto Pass, which grants you admission to Giotto’s Bell Tower, Baptistery of San Giovanni, Opera del Duomo Museum and Santa Reparata. This type of skip-the-line tickets provides faster entry without queuing at the ticket office, but you may have to wait for the tickets to be checked and security checks.
