Book a 2-hour walking tour to discover the history and highlights of Dublin. This short tour is perfect for those who want to get just a glimpse of what this capital is all about. Your Private Guide will meet you in front of the locally beloved Molly Malone Statue by the old St Andrew’s Church. Together, you will go on a history-filled walk along Dame Street to admire its Victorian and Georgian architecture. Highlights include Trinity College – the oldest university in Ireland, the Irish Parliament House and the City Hall. The guide will take you to the courtyard of Dublin Castle – the nerve center of historical power in Ireland since the time of the Vikings. You will also learn why there are 2 cathedrals in Dublin: the Christ Church Cathedral and St Patrick’s. Each tour can be customized to the best Dublin experience!
Book a 3-hour tour to learn more about Dublin and visit its most popular public space: St Stephen’s Green. This Victorian park and garden features tree-lined pathways, colorful flower beds, an ornamental lake, and monuments such as the Famine Memorial. It opened for the public in 1880 and has an interesting history, such as the story about feeding the ducks during the 1916 Easter Rising. Your guide will tell you all about it!
Book a 4-hour tour to enhance your Dublin experience with a visit to the Old Library of Trinity College and see the legendary Books of Kells! It is one of the rarest and most valuable manuscripts in the world, a beautiful medieval copy of the four Gospels of Jesus Christ. The Old Library itself is also a hidden gem with a collection of over 200,000 old books. With skip-the-line tickets and a reserved time slot to get in you won’t have to wait in line and you’ll have a chance to peek inside the beautiful campus of Trinity College, which is usually closed to tourists.
Book a 6-hour tour to see more sights and visit St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the national cathedral church of Ireland. Skip-the-line tickets are included so you can beat the crowds and save time. Founded in 1191 on the site where St.Patrick, the Apostle of Ireland, baptized people into Christianity, this church is a treasure box of Irish history and culture.
