This 2-hour tour explores the historic Old Town in Munich, following the story of Albert Einstein, who lived here from 1880 to 1894. Our Expert Guide will share fascinating stories about Einstein’s childhood years, his early education and discovery of the “holy geometry book”. You will learn about his family, his father’s work, personal friendships, and more.
The tour will pass Müllerstraße where Einstein family’s first apartment in Munich and the former Luitpold-Gymnasium were located, and Blumenstraße where he attended elementary school. You will pause by St Jacob’s Synagogue, giving you a chance to learn about Einstein’s Jewish roots and his religious views.
