  • Tours are conducted only in 1 language, as selected when making a booking.

  • There is no luggage storage for bags etc. Pets are not allowed.
  • Skip-the-line tickets to Hofburg include timed entry so you don’t have to wait in line for your tickets. Admission is for the Sisi Museum and the Imperial Apartments.
  • Be aware that the corridors in the Sisi Museum are narrow, so you will need to stay close to the guide.
  • Free entry to the palace courtyards, Heldenplatz and Burggarten. The gardens are not green or lit in winter, so it’s best to book a morning tour or visit in spring, summer & autumn. For guest safety, in the event of extreme weather conditions (such as snow), we will offer an alternative route to the gardens. From 08.11 to 31.12, you will have a chance to visit a local Christmas Market instead.
